The Grand, The Bluffs Golf Course and the Ho Tram Strip are developments in association with Asian Coast Development Limited (ACDL). Members of IRI's senior executive team were in-sourced by the ACDL to manage the development and opening process, and implement a brand platform and an international marketing strategy. The integrated resort is located on more than 400 acres of land and more than two kilometers of pristine beach. With phase 1 off 550 rooms completed, plus The Bluffs Golf Course - a Greg Norman designed champion course, an additional 550 rooms is planned for a total of 1100 rooms. A second integrated resort to be operated by Pinnacle Entertainment Group is contemplated. Three additional five-star resorts along the beach will fill out the remainder of the master plan.
